KID’S CREW 2017/2018

St. Paul’s After School Program will meet every Wednesday afternoon, beginning Wednesday Sept. 6, 2017 (2:30-5:30 p.m.).  This ministry program is for ALL CHILDREN and YOUTH, third through seventh grade.  After School Program members may participate in all four groups offered, or choose one or two of the activity groups.  The four groups include:  Kid’s Crew, Mission Alive!, Youth Handbells and Super Singers.

Kid’s Crew members enjoy snacks, go for walks, play games and grow in fellowship together.

Missions Alive!  Members will learn about the many ministries that the United Church of Christ supports.  Missions Alive may include activities such as serving a Lenten Soup Supper, writing to retired UCC pastors, planting a Mission Garden and making gifts for the nursing homes and veterans.

Youth Handbells is led by Sue Phillips.  God’s Ringers is open to third and fourth graders.  Alleluia Ringers is open to fifth through seventh graders.  Playing handbells requires a commitment to attend weekly Wednesday practices and performing one Sunday a month during church services.

Super Singers choir is led by Emily Thoman.  Super Singers is open to students in third through seventh grade and requires a commitment to attend weekly Wednesday practices and performing one Sunday a month during church services.

Our church van will pick up students from Parkview and the Middle School.
